Alec Miloslavsky
Alec Miloslavsky is a cofounder and chairman of the board of Exigen Group. In that capacity, Alec plays a vital role in Exigen Group's technology strategy, direction, and development. Alec also serves as chairman and chief executive officer of Exigen Services, Ltd., a global application development and outsourcing provider, and the services delivery organization for Exigen Group.
Over a career of 20 years, Alec has worked on technologies as diverse as disk drives, call center technology, battlefield communication systems, imaging technology for intelligence gathering applications, and computer operating systems. At firms like Pixar, Guzik Technical, and SUN Microsystems, he contributed his expertise in equally diverse roles as developer, consultant, and engineering manager. Prior to cofounding Exigen Group, he cofounded Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories and served as its chief technical officer since its inception. At Genesys, Alec developed and directed technology strategy across three lines of business and managed all delivery for Genesys' software and services business. He helped build that company's European and Asian Pacific sales organizations and personally led efforts with key accounts in those geographies. With Greg Shenkman, Alec helped lead Genesys through its successful initial public offering and subsequent sale to Alcatel for $1.6 billion in 2000. After the acquisition of Genesys by Alcatel, Alec was responsible for integrating Genesys into the Alcatel organization.

Raghav Nandagopal
Raghav Nandagopal is a general partner of Exigen Capital with focus on investments in financial services, media, communications and government sectors. Raghav has over 20 years of operating, technology and investing experiences with over 9 years in the PE industry. Most recently he was the senior vice president of Bank of America Capital Advisors ($3.2B under management) and a senior member of the Investment Committee. He joined BoA through the acquisition of U.S. Trust where he served as the Co-CEO of the PE funds and head of direct investment programs. He has extensive experience in sourcing, diligence, syndication, execution and exit management as a lead director and has played a leadership role in raising over $350MM for portfolio companies. Some of his exits include NetLogic (NETL), Pilot Software (SAP), Gyration (Thomson SE), PowerSmart (Microchip), VST (Mosaid), Cydelity (Digital Envoy), and had oversight for Genoptix (GXDX). He has held 11 board seats during his tenure and has strong relationships with tier-1 venture, growth equity and buyout firms as coinvestment and LP partners.
Prior to U.S. Trust, he was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Company where he served clients in communications, media, wireless and financial services sectors. He has also held senior management positions at AT&T Capital and Constellation Energy. He started his career as a senior consultant with Accenture in the late 1980's. Currently Raghav serves on the boards of Exigen Insurance Solutions, ExpertMarkets, Execue, and is an advisor to Cava Capital.
He holds a BS from University of Madras, MBA from the University of Bombay and an MS from Penn State, and has also completed executive programs at MIT and Carnegie Mellon.

Jim Logan
Jim Logan is a recognized leader in the convergence of corporate and IT issues to improve business efficiency, with more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Exigen, Jim served as a SVP and CIO for MetLife, where he led an organization of 3,200 technical professionals and managed an annual budget in excess of $600 million. At MetLife, he also initiated and completed a strategic re-structuring of the firm’s IT organization, led technology integration efforts with respect to large M&A transactions in the personal lines P&C, individual life insurance and group health businesses, and was responsible for managing and delivering the technology required to support MetLife's transformation from a mutual to a stock company.

Yuri Shtivelman
Yuri Shtivelman is a general partner of Exigen Capital, where he is responsible for investments for the firm as well as the firm’s day to day operations.
Yuri brings more than 25 years of experience as an investor and a senior executive in operations and technology management. Most recently, Yuri was chief operating officer and acting chief financial officer of Exigen Group where he led the roll up of 14 strategic investments. Yuri managed Exigen's ventures related activities. Prior to Exigen, Yuri was the founder and chief executive officer of Mobilae, Inc., a mobility applications company that was acquired by Exigen Group. Before Mobilae, Yuri served as senior vice president of product development for Genesys Telecommunications where he was instrumental in the sale of the company to Alcatel for approximately $1.9 billion. Earlier in his career, Yuri was vice president at Nortel Networks where he was responsible for the Meridian 1 Advanced Technology division.
Yuri is a board member of DATI, one of the largest IT consultants in the Baltics, Exigen Mortgage Asset Management and Exigen Insurance Solutions. In addition, Yuri serves as an executive vice chairman of Exigen Group.

Mark Feuer
Mark Feuer is the former CEO of U.S. business at Marsh, the world's leading insurance broker and business risk advisor. In addition to responsibility for day-to-day Marsh operations in the U.S., Mark led the U.S. Middle Market and Small Commercial segments and served on the firm's Executive Committee. Prior to Marsh, Mark spent 10 years at Merrill Lynch in several leadership positions including the head of the Merrill Lynch Trust Company and Private Banking & Investment Group Platform and COO of the Global Private Client Americas group.
